OASD ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS RECEIVE STATE RECOGNITION: Ixonia Elementary and Summit Elementary are two of the 114 schools around the state being recognized by the Wisconsin DPI for their success in educating students. Summit Elementary was one of just 7 schools in the state to be named as both a High Achieving School and a High Progress School. Ixonia Elementary was among 23 schools across the state that were recognized as High-Progress Schools. Each of these schools receives federal Title I funding to provide services to high percentages of economically disadvantaged families. We're so proud of the hard work of our staff, principals, and students!

The donated instruments were used by students for several decades until they fell into disrepair and were put into storage. In 2015, OHS launched a campaign to preserve these instruments and restore them to playing condition. Visit our website for more information on the campaign and to make a tax deductible donation to preserve these instruments.
