ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE 2019-20 SCHOOL YEAR: Online registration for the next school year is open now through August 7. You can access online registration through your online Family Access account and must complete the registration process for each student by August 7, to ensure accurate records on the first day of school. ANNUAL OAC OPEN HOUSE TOMORROW: You're invited to the annual OAC Open House, Saturday, July 13, 6:00-8:00 p.m. Enjoy a free cookout sponsored by Fox Brothers Piggly Wiggly and live music by Brew City Drifters. Local arts, community, and school organizations will be sharing information, and you can enjoy the debut of the season's first visual arts series. Learn more at the OAC website.
VISIT THE SUMMER BOOKMOBILE: The Loving Oconomowoc Literacy (LOL) Bookmobile is back in action this summer and is free to all Oconomowoc families in grades 4K-8. Come to a scheduled stop to grab a book to borrow, enjoy a surprise guest reader, and connect with other friends.

- Ixonia Fireman's Park: 9:00 - 9:30 a.m.
- Greenland Elementary Playground: 10:00 - 10:45 a.m.
- Meadow View Elementary (current Brown Street location): 11:00 - 11:30 a.m.
- Imagination Station: 3:00 - 3:45 p.m.
- Summit Elementary: 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
OHS CHEERLEADING YOUTH CAMP 2019: The OHS Cheer Team is hosting their annual Youth Camp for kids in 4K - 6th grade! Wednesday, August 21 & Thursday, August 22, 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. both days, in the OHS Upper Gym. Cost is $50 which includes a t-shirt, bow, and snacks. Kids will learn the basics of cheerleading, play games, and learn some of the OHS cheers, chants, and stunts. Parents are invited to watch their cheerleaders perform at 10:30 a.m. on August 22nd. Then, cheerleaders are invited to join the Varsity Cheerleaders on the sideline on Youth Night, during the first quarter of the September 6th OHS Football game! Participants should wear gym shoes, comfortable athletic clothing, and should have hair pulled back. They should also wear their t-shirt and bow to camp on August 22nd. Register online by August 1st through the district Web Store.
SUMMER AUTISM ESSENTIALS INSTITUTE: The OASD is proud to hold a Summer Autism Essentials Institute on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Oconomowoc Arts Center. This event is presented by Kate McGinnity, Autism Consultant, members of the Oconomowoc Area School District Autism Resource Team, and OASD students with autism. Participants will receive a free autism resource book. OASD staff can attend the event for free, OASD parents can attend for $25, and community members can attend for $100. OHS FBLA BLOOD DRIVE: The OHS Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) are partnering with the American Red Cross to organize a Blood Drive. Please join us in donating blood and supporting FBLA on Friday, August 9, 2019, from 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at the Summit Village Hall, 37100 Delafield Road, Summit. The Red Cross helps support OHS FBLA students with scholarships each year. Blood donors would be supporting our students and helping our community.

SAVE THE DATE - MEADOW VIEW ELEMENTARY DEDICATION CELEBRATION: OASD Families and the Oconomowoc community are invited to celebration the opening of the new Meadow View Elementary School at a dedication celebration on Sunday, September 29, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. at Meadow View Elementary, 1500 Whalen Drive, Oconomowoc. There will be a formal dedication ceremony followed by tours of the building.
