Summit Elementary School has established the Georgie Krenz "Born to Teach" Memorial Scholarship. Anyone who knew Georgie knew that she was "Born to Teach," and she truly loved the teaching profession. She touched many lives in her 28 years at Summit Elementary School.
The money raised through this scholarship fund will be awarded to a graduate of Oconomowoc High School pursuing a career in the education field.
